He also served as Global SVP of Sales & Strategy at Dorel Sports, where he spearheaded commercial growth for some of the world’s most recognized cycling brands. As a Senior Advisor at Atar Capital, he works closely with the firm to develop winning strategies in their consumer segment.

Julie has spent two decades leading investments, founding and building companies, and advising founders across venture capital, Wall Street, and entrepreneurship. As President of Alset, she drives investment strategy, selecting high-growth opportunities and working hands-on with founders to refine strategy, secure capital, and scale.
A two-time founder in the consumer and wellness sectors, Julie understands firsthand the challenges of building and funding a business. Her ability to navigate complex industries, drive innovation, and execute bold strategies has made her a trusted partner for entrepreneurs and investors alike.
Before Alset, she was a managing partner at Paterson Partners Ventures, investing in early-stage companies. She began her career in investment banking (M&A) at Morgan Stanley, later moving into private equity as an assistant vice president at OMERS, before returning to Morgan Stanley as a vice president in institutional equity sales. She also serves on UCLA’s Price Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation advisory board.

He is also the president of AllAccess Capital Markets, a North American capital markets advisory firm, where he works with companies on market expansion and investor engagement. In addition, he serves on the board of a publicly listed, technology-driven real estate investment company. His expertise has been featured on CBC’s Lang & O’Leary Exchange and BNN, where he has shared insights on market trends and investment strategy.
Cole provides strategic guidance on capital markets, helping companies optimize investor positioning, navigate liquidity pathways, and strengthen their market presence.
Maryam is an operations leader with a track record of driving transformation and scalable growth across startups and enterprise organizations. As head of operations at Alset AI Ventures, she oversees organizational operations and works with founders and portfolio companies to establish and refine their operational infrastructure.
She spent 18 years at Citco Fund Services, where she rose to senior vice president, leading their multi-asset line of business. She later led North American and European operations at Lynk, a knowledge-as-a-service platform, before taking on growth and market expansion projects at OCG Aviation.
A builder at heart, Maryam co-founded The Revolving Kitchen, a commercial kitchen rental marketplace, and currently serves as an advisor to Modgarden, an AgriTech startup. She specializes in bringing order and rhythm to the building process, helping founders and teams operate with agility, structure, and shared momentum.
Roger has over a decade of experience in AI, specializing in high-performance computing (HPC). As chief investment strategist at Alset AI Ventures, he drives strategic partnerships and sources new investment opportunities that support the firm’s growth.
He is also a partner at GIC Merchant Bank, where he advises on capital allocation and investment strategies. A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Roger brings a strong financial and technical perspective to AI infrastructure and emerging technologies.

Jonathan has over a decade of experience in finance, audit, and accounting for private and publicly listed Canadian companies. As CFO of Alset AI Ventures, he oversees financial operations, compliance, and reporting, ensuring a strong financial foundation for the firm.
He has served as CFO for multiple Canadian public companies, including Axcap Ventures, managing financial governance and regulatory compliance. With deep expertise in corporate finance, financial controls, and public market reporting, Jonathan ensures Alset operates with precision and transparency.
